SPI Timeshare Software enhancements help improve our clients operations
It was great catching up and visiting with friends and valued customers at the ARDA national convention last week in Las Vegas. A team from Grand Pacific Resorts dropped by our booth to see our latest and greatest enhancements. Before joining SPI Timeshare Software GPR had several software packages in place and were looking for a strong integrated solution for all their needs from sales, to reservations, maintenance fees and property management. Just as important, they wanted a true partner. This had to be someone who not only knew their business, but also would listen to their requests and help them work through hurdles should they arise.
After our meeting at ARDA,, Sabrina Locke-Maston, Director of Information Systems for Grand Pacific Resorts, shared with us how pleased she is with several of the new features SPI Orange can provide to improve their operations. "I am really impressed with the rate management piece.", says Sabrina. "It helps us to work more like a hotel while providing flexibility with our timeshare side. SPI continues to be a proactive partner and is always striving to enhance their softwares performance."
